  • A year ago today was kind of a crazy day... Aaron & I had gone to Fredericksburg to a sweat lodge for the first time. It was pretty intense for me... anxiety was high! But I persevered through the first couple sessions. During one of the last breaks, I felt the need to check my phone and there was a "missed call" from Sketch Burnam and a FB msg to call him. I couldn't get the call to go through so he messaged that Jeff Di Fulgo had broken his neck diving into a wave and couldn't feel anything. My heart sank. All I could think about was what Jeff, his mom & dad, his sisters and friends must be going through. And then Sketch himself... after several years of working closely with Jeff to be able to walk again, Jeff was now in a similar place. I used the last session in the lodge to send as much healing to everyone as possible. Now, a year later, Jeff is making some great progress and Sketch continues to prove he's a #MiracleMan.   • Excellent way to end a great Monday off! Started with an appointment with Kimberly Riggs Tatro at Internal Harmony this a.m. followed by running some errands, making kombucha, and doing the usual chores... (laundry, dishes... yawn ๐Ÿ˜ด).   • Ok... so I'm over here feeling like Vincent Van Gogh with the bandages and all. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Surgery went well, ear is all stitched up inside with it's little titanium prosthetic hearing bone in there, they took a little skin graft from behind my ear which my hair should hide and I have to keep cotton balls in my ear to protect it and keep the antibiotic stuff in there. Now I just have to get all these narcotics and anesthesia out of me. Got home about 1:30 and slept a couple hours. Going to get back to it again now! ๐Ÿ˜ด Thank you all for sending all the love, light, prayers, healing energy, etc. ๐Ÿค— Now in a couple weeks I'll know how well it worked. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ
